Sometimes you have to make the world your stage. Literally.
And sometimes we can make pretty good animal noises with our mouths.

Ian McKellen, in costume as Gandalf on the New Zealand set of The Hobbit, posted this picture on his Flickr of him wearing 3D glasses.
He provided the following caption:
“The Hobbit is being filmed in 3D. Even wizards have to wear the glasses. Snapped by Peter Jackson in Wellington, 2011.”
Look, I’m real excited for The Hobbit, but why is it being filmed in 3D??
I thought we were all on the same page that 3D is gimmicky, irritating, and generally unenjoyable.
Are we not on this same page?
